Las tres razones son:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Que eres lo suficientemente maduro<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Para demostrar que usted es lo suficientemente maduro para decidir interrumpir su embarazo, deber\u00e1 demostrarlo mediante \u201c<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">evidencia clara y convincente<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.\u201dEsto significa que es mucho m\u00e1s probable que seas lo suficientemente maduro como para tomar esta decisi\u00f3n por tu cuenta.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Para determinar que usted es lo suficientemente maduro para tomar esta decisi\u00f3n por su cuenta, la ley de Florida requiere que el juez considere lo siguiente:\n<ul>\n<li>edad<\/li>\n<li>inteligencia general<\/li>\n<li>desarrollo emocional y estabilidad<\/li>\n<li>credibilidad y c\u00f3mo act\u00faas<\/li>\n<li>capacidad de aceptar responsabilidad<\/li>\n<li>Capacidad de considerar las consecuencias inmediatas y a largo plazo de tener un aborto<\/li>\n<li>capacidad de comprender y explicar los riesgos m\u00e9dicos de interrumpir su embarazo y capacidad de aplicar ese conocimiento a su decisi\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>La ley exige que el juez determine que no existe influencia indebida de otra persona en su decisi\u00f3n de abortar. La influencia indebida se refiere a que otra persona la obligue a tomar esta decisi\u00f3n si no es la que desea.\n<ul>\n<li>Por ejemplo, si un novio, un amigo u otra persona est\u00e1 tratando de convencerla de que se haga un aborto cuando realmente no es lo que usted quiere hacer, el juez considerar\u00e1 esto al momento de decidir si concede o deniega su solicitud de exenci\u00f3n judicial.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Para ayudar a demostrarle al juez que usted es lo suficientemente maduro para elegir terminar su embarazo sin involucrar a uno de sus padres, debe proporcionarle al juez informaci\u00f3n sobre su asistencia a la escuela, participaci\u00f3n comunitaria, experiencia laboral y planes concretos para el futuro, como planes de asistir a la universidad o seguir una determinada carrera o camino vocacional.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El juez podr\u00eda preguntarle si ha hablado con otros adultos de confianza sobre su decisi\u00f3n. Los jueces suelen ver con buenos ojos a las menores que cuentan con un sistema de apoyo que las ha ayudado a tomar esta decisi\u00f3n, personas en quienes pueden confiar si surge alguna complicaci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica o mental despu\u00e9s del aborto, ya sea otro familiar, un amigo adulto o un consejero.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Prep\u00e1rate para explicar c\u00f3mo pagar\u00e1s los costos del aborto por tu cuenta, sin la ayuda de tus padres.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Es posible que un juez tambi\u00e9n quiera comprobar que usted se ha reunido con un m\u00e9dico y que conoce el procedimiento y los riesgos que conlleva.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A veces, los jueces deciden que una menor no es lo suficientemente madura como para decidir abortar sin la participaci\u00f3n de sus padres. Los tribunales tambi\u00e9n pueden considerar su experiencia, como su experiencia laboral previa, su experiencia viviendo fuera del hogar o su experiencia en el manejo de sus finanzas personales.<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/i><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cada menor es diferente y la madurez debe decidirse en funci\u00f3n de las circunstancias personales y la historia de vida de cada individuo, en lugar de un \u00fanico est\u00e1ndar de madurez.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><b>Que eres v\u00edctima de abuso<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si intenta demostrar que sufri\u00f3 maltrato por parte de uno de sus padres o tutor, deber\u00e1 demostrarlo ante el juez mediante la preponderancia de la evidencia. Esto significa que el juez necesita saber que es muy probable que haya sufrido este maltrato.
