Con el nombramiento de cada nuevo juez conservador en nuestros tribunales estatales y federales, la decisi\u00f3n Roe v. Wade se vuelve m\u00e1s vulnerable.<\/p>\n

Para contrarrestar esto, las legislaturas estatales deben implementar nuevas protecciones para consagrar, en la legislaci\u00f3n estatal, el acceso garantizado a la atenci\u00f3n del aborto como parte fundamental de nuestro sistema de salud. Hemos visto esto con \u00e9xito en Nueva York, y activistas en lugares como Massachusetts y Nevada tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1n presionando para aprobar nuevas protecciones hist\u00f3ricas.<\/p>\n

En Florida, ocurre lo contrario.
