Desde julio de 2025, el gobierno ha enviado todo<\/strong> Menores inmigrantes embarazadas bajo custodia federal son trasladadas a un centro de inmigraci\u00f3n superpoblado en Texas, un estado que proh\u00edbe el aborto en casi todas las circunstancias, incluyendo la violaci\u00f3n y el incesto. 

Pero ahora, varias de las ni\u00f1as y sus beb\u00e9s ya no est\u00e1n en el centro, y<\/strong> Los funcionarios no han querido revelar ad\u00f3nde fueron. <\/strong>

En estas instalaciones se ha alojado a ni\u00f1as inmigrantes embarazadas, algunas de tan solo 13 a\u00f1os. Casi la mitad de esos embarazos son consecuencia de una violaci\u00f3n. <\/strong>

Este centro tiene prohibido recibir a menores embarazadas debido a su negligencia al no proporcionar atenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica oportuna.<\/strong> Esto viola el propio requisito del Departamento de Salud y Servicios Humanos de que las menores embarazadas deben ser ubicadas en un lugar donde puedan tener pleno acceso a la atenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica reproductiva. Sin embargo, la injusticia contin\u00faa, e incluso el estado de Texas elimin\u00f3 toda supervisi\u00f3n sobre este centro, lo que dificulta a\u00fan m\u00e1s descubrir la verdad.<\/strong>

Las pocas visitas que se han realizado a las instalaciones de San Benito han revelado inconsistencias preocupantes. 

Cuando el congresista Castro visit\u00f3 las instalaciones a principios de abril de 2026, le dijeron que hab\u00eda 17<\/strong> menores bajo custodia. Unas semanas m\u00e1s tarde, se le inform\u00f3 a un abogado que hab\u00eda 11<\/strong> ni\u00f1os all\u00ed. Pero luego, los funcionarios del centro le dijeron a la congresista Dexter que solo hab\u00eda 7<\/strong> Menores de edad en el interior. 

Para colmo, a la congresista Dexter se le impidi\u00f3 hablar con cualquiera de las adolescentes detenidas all\u00ed. En cambio, seg\u00fan se informa, las chicas que inicialmente hab\u00edan accedido a hablar con ella fueron intimidadas por el personal para que guardaran silencio antes de la visita.
