\u8fd9\u4e0e\u7f8e\u56fd\u6700\u9ad8\u6cd5\u9662\u5728\u683c\u91cc\u65af\u6c83\u5c14\u5fb7\u8bc9\u5eb7\u6d85\u72c4\u683c\u5dde\u6848\uff081965\u5e74\uff09\u548c\u827e\u68ee\u65bd\u5854\u7279\u8bc9\u8d1d\u5c14\u5fb7\u6848\uff081972\u5e74\uff09\u4e2d\u7684\u5224\u51b3\u7c7b\u4f3c\u3002\u8fd9\u4e9b\u91cc\u7a0b\u7891\u5f0f\u7684\u6848\u4ef6\u786e\u8ba4\u4e86\u4e2a\u4eba\u9690\u79c1\u6743\uff0c\u4fdd\u62a4\u5176\u81ea\u4e3b\u51b3\u5b9a\u662f\u5426\u4f7f\u7528\u907f\u5b55\u63aa\u65bd\u7684\u6743\u5229\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u5728\u4f5b\u7f57\u91cc\u8fbe\u5dde\uff0c\u53ef\u6301\u7eed\u5730\u83b7\u5f97\u548c\u8d1f\u62c5\u5f97\u8d77\u907f\u5b55\u63aa\u65bd\u4ecd\u7136\u5b58\u5728\u8bf8\u591a\u969c\u788d\u3002<\/span><a 400;\">\u907f\u5b55\u9650\u5236\u6700\u4e25\u683c\u7684\u5dde\u4e4b\u4e00<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. \u73b0\u5728\uff0c\u968f\u7740<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/nwlc.org\/resource\/birth-control-under-threat-how-birth-control-rights-and-access-are-being-undermined-since-roe-v-wade-was-overturned\/\"> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u7f57\u8bc9\u97e6\u5fb7\u6848\u88ab\u63a8\u7ffb<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">,<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.flsenate.gov\/Session\/Bill\/2026\/166\"> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u9650\u5236\u6027\u7684<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u653f\u7b56\u3001\u533b\u7597\u670d\u52a1\u80fd\u529b\u4e0b\u964d\u4ee5\u53ca\u65e5\u76ca\u589e\u957f\u7684\u53cd\u907f\u5b55\u5ba3\u4f20\u52a0\u5267\u4e86\u907f\u5b55\u670d\u52a1\u83b7\u53d6\u65b9\u9762\u7684\u4e0d\u5e73\u7b49\u3002.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u968f\u7740\u5815\u80ce\u9650\u5236\u7684\u589e\u52a0\u548c\u907f\u5b55\u63aa\u65bd\u83b7\u53d6\u9014\u5f84\u7684\u4e0d\u65ad\u53d7\u5230\u653b\u51fb\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u5fc5\u987b\u8ba4\u8bc6\u5230\u907f\u5b55\u7684\u5b89\u5168\u6027\u548c\u6709\u6548\u6027\uff0c\u4e86\u89e3\u6211\u4eec\u4e3a\u4ec0\u4e48\u8981\u4f7f\u7528\u907f\u5b55\u63aa\u65bd\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u6bcf\u4e2a\u4eba\u83b7\u5f97\u907f\u5b55\u63aa\u65bd\u7684\u80fd\u529b\u5982\u4f55\u5f71\u54cd\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u65e5\u5e38\u751f\u6d3b\u3002. <\/span><b>\u672c\u6587\u5c06\u6db5\u76d6\u4ee5\u4e0b\u5185\u5bb9\uff1a1\uff09\u4f5b\u7f57\u91cc\u8fbe\u5dde\u7684\u907f\u5b55\u6982\u51b5\uff0c2\uff09\u5b89\u5168\u6027\u548c\u6709\u6548\u6027\uff0c3\uff09\u83b7\u53d6\u9014\u5f84\u7684\u969c\u788d\uff0c4\uff09\u60a8\u53ef\u4ee5\u5982\u4f55\u53c2\u4e0e\u3002.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>\u907f\u5b55\u6982\u51b5<\/b><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.guttmacher.org\/sites\/default\/files\/report_downloads\/state-level-estimates-contraceptive-use-in-us-2019-t1.pdf\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u767e\u4e07<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u4f5b\u7f57\u91cc\u8fbe\u5dde\u80b2\u9f84\u5987\u5973\u4f7f\u7528\u907f\u5b55\u63aa\u65bd\u7684\u539f\u56e0\u591a\u79cd\u591a\u6837\u3002\u6839\u636e\u5168\u56fd\u6570\u636e\uff0c,<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.kff.org\/womens-health-policy\/contraceptive-experiences-coverage-and-preferences-findings-from-the-2024-kff-womens-health-survey\/\"> <span style=\"font-weight: \u5176\u4ed6\u7528\u9014\u5305\u62ec\u5e2e\u52a9\u8c03\u8282\u6708\u7ecf\u5468\u671f\u3001\u7f13\u89e3\u75db\u7ecf\u548c\u9884\u9632\u5455\u5410\u3002\u5b83\u8fd8\u53ef\u4ee5\u7528\u4e8e\u2026\u2026<\/span><a style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u8282\u80b2\u88ab\u8ba4\u4e3a\u662f<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.guttmacher.org\/fact-sheet\/contraceptive-effectiveness-united-states\"> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">99%<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u6709\u6548\u7684\u3002<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.guttmacher.org\/fact-sheet\/contraceptive-effectiveness-united-states\"> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u5b66\u4e60<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u53e4\u7279\u9a6c\u8d6b\u7814\u7a76\u62402020\u5e74\u53d1\u5e03\u7684\u4e00\u9879\u7814\u7a76\u8868\u660e\uff0c\u6b63\u786e\u4f7f\u7528\u6fc0\u7d20\u7c7b\u907f\u5b55\u836f\u7684\u5931\u8d25\u7387\u4f4e\u4e8e1%\uff0c\u8fd9\u610f\u5473\u7740\u4e00\u5e74\u5185\u610f\u5916\u6000\u5b55\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u53c2\u4e0e\u8005\u4e0d\u52301%\u3002\u540c\u4e00\u9879\u7814\u7a76\u8fd8\u8868\u660e\uff0c\u6b63\u786e\u4f7f\u7528\u7537\u7528\u907f\u5b55\u5957\uff08\u4f5b\u7f57\u91cc\u8fbe\u5dde\u6700\u5e38\u7528\u7684\u907f\u5b55\u65b9\u5f0f\uff09\u7684\u5931\u8d25\u7387\u4e3a2%\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u867d\u7136\u610f\u5916\u6000\u5b55\u5e76\u975e\u5b8c\u5168\u4e0d\u53ef\u80fd\uff0c\u4f46\u670d\u7528\u907f\u5b55\u836f\u901a\u5e38\u90fd\u80fd\u8fbe\u5230\u9884\u671f\u6548\u679c\u3002.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span \u4f5b\u7f57\u91cc\u8fbe\u5dde\u80b2\u9f84\u5987\u5973\u7684\u4fdd\u9669\u8986\u76d6\u7387\u53ef\u80fd\u770b\u8d77\u6765\u5f88\u4f4e\uff0c\u4f46\u4e0e\u5176\u4ed6\u5dde\u76f8\u6bd4\uff0c\u8fd9\u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u975e\u5e38\u9ad8\u7684\u6570\u5b57\u3002.<\/span><a
