Last week, we were thrilled to see that President Biden’s fiscal year 2022 budget does not prohibit Medicaid recipients from using that health insurance to cover abortion (i.e., does not include the Hyde Amendment!).
Now we’re looking to Congress to keep this momentum going and pass federal spending bills without abortion coverage restrictions.
