Florida’s family planning and related preventive health services are available to all Floridians, including young people, in all 67 counties through the local county health departments or contracted agencies. Family planning services are provided on a voluntary basis in a confidential manner. Culturally sensitive information and the value of planning pregnancies are available in order to make an informed decision regarding the use of birth control.
