Abortion Petition Update for Weekend of December 16th

This morning, the Floridians Protecting Freedom ballot initiative campaign hit 753,306 verified petitions. If you have signed petitions from anywhere in the state, please mail them in TODAY to: Petition Collection, Post Office Box 4068 Sarasota, FL 34230.

It is critical that in these last days of the year, all energy shifts to the Targeted Congressional Districts. From Kissimmee to Bradenton, Delray Beach to Boca Raton, these are the key areas we need to be successful.

Although rain is on the forecast this weekend, so is getting abortion on the ballot. Below, you’ll see the events where we need you most and don’t worry, there’s a way to help from home, too: click the “Calls to Priority Districts” tab to access a phonebank to make calls to voters.

Another idea: If your event is rained out, think about other locations you could reach folks like outside the post office, library, and grocery store. Prioritize safety! If it’s too stormy outside, make calls to voters with a friend.

An hour or two this weekend can help ensure we collect enough petitions in time to qualify!
