One of the fundamental components of reproductive justice is the human right to parent children in safe communities. In 2026, that human right is being undermined before our eyes, as the federal government deploys thousands of inadequately trained ICE agents whose unjustifiably abusive actions have resulted in deaths and spread fear throughout the communities we call home.
It has also been revealed that ICE has not only forcibly detained pregnant teens — many of their pregnancies a result of rape — but also moved them to Texas, a state that has fully banned abortion. Somehow, it gets worse.
Now, some of those minors and their newborns are nowhere to be found. This is unacceptable.
Join us in signing and amplifying Ultraviolet’s petition demanding that Congress investigate, get answers about every girl and infant who has passed through the Texas facility, and stop any abuse they find. (Learn more about the investigation here.)
